At IFLAC we cater to children of all abilities; outside of the Championships at the end of the season, there are no standards that must be met to participate. We have experienced parents who can help you learn the ropes, and a number of accredited coaches to help our athletes improve. Its all about having fun and improving your fitness.

Our
History

IFLAC is now 50! Founded in August 1973, in time for the first season in which SALAA was operating, our history is almost as long as that of Little Athletics in South Australia. We have numerous achievements at club level, as do our athletes and volunteers on an Individual level.
